Participants will also learn a common lexicon to use across the business, spend time implementing the process on a real opportunity of their own, and receive useful, usable tools to help close more deals.

Once understood, sales people have a process and tools that can be used for any opportunity. The process is flexible, action-oriented and, importantly, simple to use, typified by the fact it can be useful for a 5 minute review prior to a meeting with customers, through to longer strategic opportunity reviews with multiple participants.
