David Arkles
Following two years in the South African Air Force, David studied law at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. In 1982 he entered the IT industry joining what was then Burroughs Computers, and four years later migrated to Australia with his family, remaining with Unisys.
Having progressed through a variety of sales and general management roles with Data General and Tandem, and with a passion for creativity backed by action, David started a boutique go-to-market consultancy in 1993. He and his team assisted organisations like Ericsson Australia, Wang Global and Ericsson USA change their go-to-market models and capabilities to embrace a fast changing and ever more demanding market and value paradigm. As Executive Officer Ericsson Services and Managing Director Ericsson Data in Australia, he was responsible for establishing Ericsson's services division in Australia which achieved $200m revenue after two years. He was then appointed Executive Vice President and General Manager of Ericsson USA, responsible to further develop the Enterprise business in America.
Returning to Australia in 2002, he re-established his consulting business, and as a founding director of Nexsell concentrates on strategy, setting up and running outsourced sales capabilities for organisations and general go-to-market consulting.

Michael Ritterman
Michael was educated at Melbourne University. He first focused in pure research, completing a Masters Degree in Science. He then gravitated to academia, lecturing in Biological Sciences and Teaching Methods for 6 years whilst completing a Masters degree in Education.
Michael also has had a long distinguished sporting background representing Australia in track and field as well as being highly decorated and recognised in Australian Rules football circles.
In the early 80’s Michael made the transition into the Corporate IT industry. He has held senior management positions in well known local Australian companies such as Hisoft and Ipex as well as multinational companies such as Cabletron, Fujistu, Candle and Teradata.
Michael utilises his unique combination of academic, elite sport and successful business acumen to provide insights into solving business problems with a strong positive teaching/coaching style; instilling co-workers with a self belief in their capability to succeed.
Over 25 years he has established skills and experience across a wide range of technologies and business challenges and has excelled in business development, strategic solution selling and team management.

Andrew Ridley
Andrew was educated at Melbourne University, and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Economics and Marketing.
Andrew entered the IT industry after university, working in a variety of engineering, sales support, sales operations and marketing roles with corporates such as Ipex and Volante. Three years ago he transitioned to the sales outsourcing and consulting business, where he has worked with a variety of software and solutions oriented organisations across government, corporate and healthcare, both in Australia and internationally.
Andrew has produced and managed a number of go-to-market business plans, and implemented and managed sales operations, marketing communications and prospect generating systems and procedures for small and large organisations.

Paul Semenov
With over 25 years of sales management and business development experience in IT & Communications markets in Australia, New Zealand and Asia, Paul is a well seasoned professional in the Australian and Asia Pacific markets.
Paul was born in Prague and moved to live in Australia some 35 years ago, graduating from computer science at Melbourne Technical University. Paul has worked in sales management/business development positions with a number of leading vendors such as Fujitsu, Hitachi Data Systems, Data General, BMC and, more recently, New Dimension Software, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and several other overseas technology companies. He has been successful in entrepreneurial initiatives with several overseas start-up companies such as Phonetic Systems, Tescom and SliceWireless in Australia. Prior to joining Nexsell, Paul was with Cognizant since 2007 in the role of a National Business Development Manager.
Over the years, Paul has developed a strong network of business relationships at senior levels in APAC, with companies such as Westpac/St George, NAB, ANZ, News Ltd, Fairfax, Bendigo Bank, Telstra, Optus, Sensis, Qantas, Citigroup, CML, Fosters and many other top tier companies in the region.

Gary McDonald
Gary has been working primarily in sales management and solution sales of IT&C for over 18 years across. Additionally, he has garnered experience in software development, project management and, more recently, consulting.
Gary is Nexsell's expert in supply chain and demand solutions and has in-depth knowledge and an extensive personal network in this area. He has recently finished in his role as Sales Manager Australia New Zealand for Oracle Retail. Prior to that, Gary had senior roles with Infor, SSA Global, EXE Technologies and Dallas Systems, where he has continuously and consistently built business revenues and profit.

Tony Meurer
After studying Electrical Engineering Tony joined the production planning department of an automotive components manufacturer just as they installed their first mainframe computer. This prompted a move to the fledgling IT industry as a programmer before moving to sales, firstly in insurance, then communications, before making the move back to IT as an experienced salesman.
Tony’s IT sales career started with NCR in retail general merchandise systems, followed by Honeywell Information Systems as a senior account manager, then branch commercial sales manager, where he focused on the manufacturing and transport/logistics sectors. This led to a role as divisional manager at CSA running their manufacturing group before becoming a regional manager with ASK Systems, again in the manufacturing sector.
Since then Tony has been a self-employed consultant, initially in IT recruiting before pursuing his passion for relating IT technology to successful business outcomes. Tony has worked with a number of small IT firms to define their market approach and locate business opportunities. In addition Tony is a certified practising consultant in the use of complex business architecture toolsets, enabling him to more effectively relate the application of IT capability to improved business processes.
With over 35 years industry experience, from technical to sales and regional management, for hardware, software and professional services, and IT vendors in the retail, manufacturing, logistics, banking and finance sectors, Tony has a wealth of knowledge about the effective use of IT in business, and a corresponding range of business and industry contacts.

Cedric Williamson
Cedric Williamson holds a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Western Australia.
In 1987 he retired from private legal practice as a senior and managing partner of a Perth based legal practice after 15 years specialising in corporate and business law.
Following retirement from legal practice, Cedric began a corporate career as a senior executive in a diverse range of industries rising to CEO level. Cedric has had successful experience managing large corporate enterprises and start up/emerging companies; in particular developing and implementing growth and change strategies.
Cedric has legal, financial, marketing and entrepreneurial as well as business skills and is able to communicate effectively with people at all levels of any organisation from different disciplines and with outside consultants.

Amnon Kelemen
Amnon is a Human Resource Management expert. He holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree from the University of Western Australia along with postgraduate qualifications in both Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
He has a strong background in workplace relations with significant experience in negotiations with unions at shopfloor, corporate and tribunal levels on a range of award matters, industrial disputes, enterprise bargaining and unfair dismissal claims. He also has extensive generalist skills across the broad range of HRM requirements gained across manufacturing, services, communications and retail industries.
Amnon has held senior HR positions in some of Australia's most recognised companies including Telstra, Foxtel and Wormald, where he has partnered with senior and line management in all aspects of Human Resources in developing and implementing practical and workable HR solutions that enable business success.

Bill McIntyre
Bill was educated at Macquarie University and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management majoring in Banking. Bill has also been trained in Strategic Selling, Project Management, Facilitation and Negotiation.
Bill has spent the last 25 years working with organizations in Financial Services and the IT Service Delivery Industry. His primary focus is customer based and ensuring organizations apply appropriate tools and management disciplines to generate business outcomes and growth. This has been achieved by using a strong consultative approach, sales skills and a pragmatic approach.
Prior to starting a contracting approach Bill held strategic business development roles with Unisys & IBM responsible for their growth in targeted accounts in the Financial Services industry where he demonstrated consistent over achievement of revenue quotas, project delivery and client satisfaction targets.
Bill has also held senior line management roles in Financial Services and IT, which allows him to apply experience from both sides of the negotiation table. Bill uses proven methodologies, has a reputation as a creative thinker and possesses the ability to communicate complex issues at all levels.
